Hi guys after obtaining a 2:1 in first year doing fairly a medium amount of work I'm worried about how hard 2nd year gets. In regards to exams - is it all essay based or a mix of MCQ?- and what are essays, lab reports and general work load like and what is the scale up like? Is it as bad as everyone says?

Also any tips/advice to smash second year?
