Please don't write about tumblr on your Personal statement, unless it's related to healthcare or nursing I suppose.
There really is no need to talk about hobbies unless linked to your chosen degree.

Use the space more wisely with wider reading, evaluation of books etc.
You really don't need to mention them, you should mention healthcare experience and voluntary work instead of hobbies. unless you re talking about reading nhs policies and nursing books of course
Keep reading if by reading you mean adult nursing stuff then expand on that. Keep volunteering and relate it to adult nursing. Get rid of everything else.

some of those shouldn't be mentioned- tumblr, youtube, drawing, reading unless about nursing, crafts, blogging, socialising, new experiences, listening to music, fanfiction not the sort of thing you want to mention on a personal statement as it needs to stay professional.

Anything else you talk briefly about the core skills that you gained from them and how these would help you in nursing e.g. teamwork.

But the main focus should be on relevant stuff- any relevant work experience, relevant reading, knowledge gained from a level subjects e.c.t
So I’m supposed to write about my subjects but have no idea to link it to nursing My subjects are sociology, religious study, geography, AH English,

You're not supposed to write about your subjects - that's terrible advice that teachers give to students.

Nursing admissions staff know what different subjects involve and what the benefits are for different subjects. Focus your PS on your activities and interests (academic and non acadmeic) relating to nursing.
