Say your parents were billionaire oligarch/royalty could you get into the Uni with average grades?

Of course you can! all you gotta do is make your own university which is easier done than said when your a billionaire

Also if your a member of the royal family then you can have anything you want in this country

Well, no and yes.

No, in the sense of offering the college a large brown envelope in return for your son/daughter being offered an undergraduate place.

Yes, in various ways. Firstly, the best schooling. Money does buy good education and that should maximise your child's natural abilities. Secondly, US universities have preferential admissions for financial supporters and exchange places with Oxford. You can buy admission to some American universities and having done so, can get a year in Oxford as an exchange student. Thirdly, there are plenty of not very competitive taught post-graduate degrees at Oxford. Anyone capable of securing a 2:1 degree could get themselves into Oxford to read something at postgraduate level if they really want to. Finally of course, give a big enough cheque and there is the prospect of an honorary degree.

In this country, no.

Having read other posts of yours, I'm wondering if you're just a troll or someone who needs to learn one day money does not make you more valuable than others........
