Would you be happy if you saw this, when your boyfriend took off his top?

Woooow! You clearly know a lot about the area!
So how often and for how long should I do HIIT training? Also, do you reccomend me using protein shakes? Also, I know this may seem dumb but I never got this right, for getting your calories, does the sources have to be broad? Because my food is always very consistent, I always eat rice and pasta!!! There's hardly any variety, so would that matter on the body? I also have a very weird diet routine, like I don't eat breakfast, lunch, then at dinner I eat LOOOOADS!! It's because I don't have time at breakfast and lunch. By LOOAADDS I mean I get at least 2000 calories! But during the period from breakfast to dinner, I eat snacks, energy drinks etc. How much of an impact would this have?

Thanks for the encouragement bro, yeah I know, most of these types of images on the web is edited

It depends on how lean you want to be really, honestly like once a week of intensive HIIT would probably be enough because of the lifting in-between. I don't use protein shakes myself because I don't like having artificial stuff like that without substance, it's not really natural. You can have them if you're not getting enough protein into your diet but I always drink milk myself.

As long as you get the main carbs, proteins, sugars, vitamins and fibres (eat lots of fruit and veg) you should be fine. It doesn't really matter about variety on your body but it get boring eating the same thing everyday and it's good to mix it up. It's better to eat smaller more frequent meals throughout the day but honestly if you get in 3-4 solid meals in you'll be fine. Obviously dinner will be the largest and try and make lunch big too. Avoid snacking unless it's fairly healthy (nuts or fruit). It's better to have small meals like bread rolls and cheese for example then snacking between meals. What kind of energy drinks? Most energy drinks will mess up your energy cycle, by that I mean you'll crash after an hour or so once the effect has worn off.

Welcome

This thread is hilarious. To get to the same point as the guy in picture you'd be looking at 2-3 years at least. The most important thing is not eating sugar and eating lots of vegetables. Obviously protein as well. Energy drinks are basically one of the worst things for you.

Aw thanks, but sadly I'm always trying to be perfect even though knowing it doesn't exist and it's impossible to be perfect.. but close to perfection in MY eyes is what I'm trying to achieve.. and this is my goal to achieve in the next 2 years (or next year if I work extremely hard).

Post a pic of what you look like now. Id say that's probably not achievable in 2 year without some chemical assistance.
If you're not at 5%BF and built too, just lay down and rot, it's over.

Here, and it is my friend. Check out ghajini. Aamir khan did his transformation from a nothing to something spectacular in 1 year and a few months.

Personally to me, I don't like it when a guy is too muscley. Sometimes it can be a bit too much. My cousin goes to the gym a lot so his arms are now like huge.

To me even this is a bit too much.

Just don't go overboard and get carried away then it's fine. But I mean you look fine as you are now.

It's a pretty good body, if a little hairless.

Is this what your chest looks like, Hydeman?
Nope; I'm a hairy one, I'm afraid. :h:
