English LITA3 A2 Wider Reading Quotes

***This is for the Love Through The Ages exam paper***

Hi! I have been really unorganised with revision and currently only have wider reading quotes from poems. If someone has some quotes either from a play or novel, I would be really grateful if you could comment with them!

I have attached all my poetry wider reading- I haven't exactly put categorised them into different themes within love but I feel there is a wide range of quotes that could be easily applied to different questions.

[EDIT] Left off another quote I had on my table:

TEXT, AUTHOR DATE: When A Woman Loves A Man, David Lehman 2005
THEMES: Modern relationships, gender differences/roles
FORM: Narrative
STRUCTURE: Free verse, verse paragraph
LANGUAGE: Colloquial speech, 'quoti dien'
QUOTE: And when she says, “I’ll never speak to you again",
she means, “Put your arms around me from behind
as I stand disconsolate at the window.”
He’s supposed to know that.
