I'm having a headgirl interview soon and I just neede help in thinking of basic ways to improve my school.Also I don't think I have a suitable answer to the question 'What are your weaknesses?' Can anyone help asap?

Either presenting your weakness as a positive, or describing a weakness and what you've done to overcome it are the usual ways of answering these questions. This site explains in more detail and should help:
