can i wear this to an interview?

i've got a group interview tomorrow for waitrose and i'm not sure what to wear to it. I'm a 19 y/o female and i don't really own any smart looking clothes. I was thinking of wearing a black dress, it has a wednesday addams style white collar and comes down to my knee. It's quite cute and i was gonna pair it with tights and some flats. Do you think this would be ok?
