if you want a 1st, then you need 59.42 * 0.4 + third year * 0.6 >= 70.
This would mean that you need 77.05% in the third year for a 1st, assuming there are no conditions (check with your uni 'handbook' etc for any) such that this might be lower pending a certain standard of work in the third year.
