Is there anything I can do about my money being paid in October, when I need

Most people use either savings or their student account overdraft.

This happened to me too last year however I did in fact receive it in sept! If this isn't the same for you you can always use your oberdraft

Hi Jess, we pay the payment once the university confirms the registration. You could speak to the university about any hardship fund you may be eligible for or alternatively you could call us on 0300 100 0607 to discuss the possibility of bringing the first payment forward. Thanks
