I haven't recieved my first payment from SF which was due almost a week ago.
I enrolled at my university the week before payments were schedueled to go out, yet still I have recieved nothing.
My rent is due out in a few days and I will not be able to afford it without the loan
Any help appreciated

Official Rep

Hi,We require the university to send the confirmation of registration before we can release the payment. I would advise you to speak with the university to ensure this has been sent. Once we receive it, it takes 24-48 hours to update onto the system. We then release your payments and they will be in your account 3-5 working days after this .
