I can't tell if this girl is interested or not

We've been speaking for a while, and whenever I invite her round mine, she says she will come but then come up with some excuse for not coming. Plus whenever she is feeling crap, she just doesn't talk to me. We don't talk much either but she says she is interested but she could just be saying that. Can anyone just give their opinion?

Honestly not enough to say, then again there never might be. Maybe inviting her round to your place puts pressure on her or makes her nervous or something, maybe you could try asking her out on a date or something?
