Messed up qualification module FML HELP

So I already submitted my UCAS application but unfortunately due to technical difficulties at my school's course system one of my modules in the second semester has been changed. I'm an international student from Canada where we have semesters. What should I do now should I contact all the universities I applied to or just UCAS and will this affect my chances of getting an offer?

You need to contact UCAS ASAP and let them know. As long as you meet the entry requirements you should be fine.
