Tenancy Takeover - Athena Halls: Silver Ensuit

I currently have a Silver band room up for tenancy takeover in Athena Hall, Ipswich, Suffolk. The room has a 3/4 bed, which personally feels just as spacious as a double and an en suit with a shared kitchen and dining space. The room is in a 5 bed accommodation and the people living here during this tenancy will consist of three first years and two of my roommates from this year who are so lovely and extremely tidy! They . It is a mixed gender accommodation but privacy is always respected. In addition, the room has a view of the marina as does the kitchen

Due to a change in circumstances I no longer need the room and I am looking for someone to take over the room for the academic period of 19/20.

You will not have to pay any money to me personally, the takeover is organised by Athena Hall directly. The contract is for 42 weeks and rent is paid in three instalments in line with student finance payments.
