Will i meet my offer?

Hello, I needed some help understanding my offer for my firm choice for the foundation degree. The offer i have as follows: A minimum of 160 UCAS Tariff points from at least 2 A Levels. In my A2's i am on target to get 2 D grades and a E grade would this meet the university offer?
