Not at Leeds, but I am a Mac user.

If you want to create gorgeously typeset Word (or other such) documents and expect the format to be preserved pixel for pixel between your Mac and whatever lives in the outside world, you will be disappointed. However, I've had just as large problems working between Office 2003 and 2007 at work, so chances are most people will have such problems.

Unless they use some proprietary connection manager, network connectivity will be fine - even if they do, you can probably ask the network service very nicely for the manual connection details. It really shouldn't be an issue, though.

Hi
There shouldn't be a problem with the network at all, it is set up to try and support as many varieties of machine and operating systems as possible
