MA social work funding

For some reason I was under the impression that if you are not capped you will not be eligible for SW tuition fees but however, you could still some how at least be income assessed for the grant or some sort of living cost help.... spoke with them today I’m on reserve list🙄)apparently you can’t unless your capped.... my STREEEESSSSS LEVEL IS HIGH as my student loan is not even enough for my tuition fees 😳😳 had to reduce work to 2 days because of the intensity of the course and with 2 young babies.... is anyone in similar situation? What did you do. PLEASE HELP 🤦🏾🤦🏾
