What do I need to send

So currently I'm with the delayed ppl as I sent my application paper return form on the 8th August and it's now the 9th October, well done DVLA xD.

I'm just a bit worried that I didn't provide the DVLA with enough info. Like I've been reading this forum and loads of people have sent birth certificates and BRP. But if I remember clearly, I read on the website that if you filled in your passport number online and you are British Citizen with a British Passport.

On the online application paper return form, you just have to fill in the passport number section and a few of my details, stick a picture and get someone to sign the back of it. I didn't send my physical passport or any other extra stuff? Have I done it right?
