Advice for slow Processing Delay

I am wondering if anyone has dealt with slow processing delay or knows someone with it or could give me some tips or advice about how to cope and manage to revise for my English GCSE exams.

With slow processing delay, I have trouble with being able to revise for exams and whenever I am in the middle of an exam I forget everything as my mind just goes blank and then I start to panic. What should I do?

I got an email from UCAS saying I got a place but nothing changed in my kcl portal
