I either have to take a gap year of go London Met in January help. plz

Hi plz help me decide quickly, I can either accept an offer to London Met Uni in January or take a gap year to start next (I really don't want to do, i don't think i would be happy).
This is because I don't like my current university at all and really want to leave and go to a London uni that starts in January and will accept my 88 ucas points ;(
I've seen loads of bad google reviews and low rankings for London Met however their average earnings for graduates and student satisfaction are higher than my current uni according to DiscoverUni, so that makes me worry less about their ranking if employment outcomes are statistically better there than my current uni.
