Is St Hild and St Bede to be knocked down in favour of two newly built colleges on the same land?

I don't think so, but there are refurbishments going on. There will be a new college near the viaduct, I think- where John Snow were, a few years back. My daughter has just been offered Hild Bede, but am hoping she doesn't end up near Gilesgate. She would be so disappointed, although the accommodation is modern. As a history student, she just loves the older sites.
