Quota for Scottish students for 2023-24

I was wondering if the Scottish government has determined what the budget for Scottish students this coming year and if the Scottish university know how many Scottish students they can take next year.
An anxious Scottish student waiting for offer/ rejection, just would be a relief to know either way. Applied in Oct, 5 A1, but think being an at Independent school will count against me) . Waiting for history at St Andrews & Edinburgh
