Job interview help

So I've got an interview this week with capita for a homebased customer service advisor role. It will be online and I just need advice. Should I dress smart? What kind of questions will they ask? It my first ever job interview and I'm so nervous and also I'm a introvert but I'm also excited because if I get the job then I can get my own place finally 🙂

Idk anything about capita but for interviews you should dress smart casual. It doesn’t have to be over the top. Just look presentable and don’t wear a hoodie or anything like that unless they’ve said you can dress however you want. Good luck with the interview, I know everyone says this but literally just be yourself! And smileee (as an introvert you can sometimes forget to do that). Think of the interview as a conversation
