Single mum , universial Credit and student Finance

Hi friends ,
I am single mum and I am on benefit /universial credit . Now I would like to finish my final year while I am on benefit so I start to apply student finance . Would this be effect on universial credit benefit? Do I need to tell UC about I am applying student finance ? Do UC stop the benefit if I get srudent loan? Please give me any advice that will help , thanks
