Imperial lower grade offer
I was speaking to other offer holders today for Imperial and I found out some of them had much higher grade offers than I did. One had A*A*A* and others had A*A*AA. Mine was A*AAA. I don’t go to an disadvantaged school and by the sounds of it our interviews went pretty similarly.
I did take an extra A level (welsh bac but I’m not sure if they’d even look at that) and I do have a grade A in AS level biology which I dropped. I’m not sure if they’d look at that either. My school does AS levels which I’ve heard some schools don’t do anymore so maybe it’s because they already have some evidence of my grades? I’m not complaining at all, it would just be interesting to find out how they decide on the offers!
