Durham college for sociology

I'm wondering which Durham college is close to the sociology department and also has got a good social life with events/activities. I need to put in my choices for colleges tonight and only got my offer a couple of days ago so haven't really thought about it.

Sociology is based at Old Elvert although they do also use rooms up at the Science site for some
Lectures etc. Probably the Bailey colleges, Mary’s and Hild Bede are closer then the Hill Colleges.

Sociology department is located on Old Elvet but you can also have classes elsewhere, like on the science site. You'll find a good social life at all colleges honestly, so I'd say go for bailey colleges as they lie at an appropriate distance to both Old Elvet and the science site.
