Engineering Business Management at Warwick
I am currently in my first year at Warwick studying engineering and, as some of you may know, the first year here is only general engineering so we cover every single stream and then get to make our decision on what we specialize in at the beginning of the second year. I signed up for the mech eng course but after my time here I have become really interested in Engineering Business Management but don't know too much about how it is viewed by companies etc. I never did this degree to be an actual engineer but only because it is incredibly strong and versatile; I would much prefer to lead a team. I am making this post to see if anybody has done this degree and could give me any advice or even know a bit about its reputation within different industries (looking at insurance/consultancy/fintech so far).
