Depends what else you choose. Best to do chemistry and biology and 3rd is up to you.

Agreed that chemistry and biology is the best. If you were to go even further with education e.g uni medicine degree, you should check some unis entry requirements in terms of what subjects you should pick and the combinations.

physics is a much better option as if you don't do that well for the requirements for medicine(hopefully you do) then physics is a much stable backup for variety of job applications with chemistry as well

For med specifically, you don't need physics. Chemistry definitely, Biology yes but the 3rd is the one you will get the best grade in.
