What surprising things do we NOT get tested on?

For example, I heard that we are not 𝘳𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘥 to overtake on a dual carriageway during the test (unless there is a clear need to overtake).

It also may surprise new learners that they do not get penalised for going the wrong way on the test (providing that no dangerous driving is involved).

What are some other examples like these?

Well it's v rare you need to overtake, and you are being tested on safety rather than speed.

Taking 1 wrong turning won't fail you, but keeping doing it will, as it means you either can't tell left from right or cannot follow instructions.
