Considering dropping out at the end of second year?

I don’t know what to do it’s in the middle exam season and pretty sure I’ve failed this exam for this module which I really don’t like and probably gonna have to resit which I don’t want to do but also don’t know if I wanna do this degree anymore

If I quit now I have no idea what I will do and I’m already so far in the course it’s just money down the drain but this is stressing me out so much I’m really stuck on what to do help!
Anon,

There are a lot of maybes in your post.

Feelings can be misleading and so you might feel like things are not going well, but things might be going better than you expect.

At the moment, anything and everything is possible!

Try to focus on doing your best during this exam season. Once you have finished, you can take time to reflect on this year and whether you want to continue.

Maybe it's about making minor changes or make bigger changes so that you are happier at university for e.g. working in the library rather than in your student room or changing accommodation.

You are more than halfway through your degree, so it might be worth continuing.

Depending on your course, 3rd year might be less stressful!

Whatever you decide, you don't have to decide now. Get through the exams first.

All the best,

Oluwatosin 2nd year student University of Huddersfield
