Dude, I hate to say it but there's nothing you can do but hope the cops don't find out. It doesn't matter if she lied. The law always sides with the underaged.

If he has proof she lied about her age then I disagree, and if she did look 16. Also depends how old he is.

Any nude picture of someone under the age of 18 is considered child porn according to the law. The fact that he believed she was 16 makes the OP culpable.

This is why you won't find any topless pictures of Sam Fox or Lindsey Dawn McKenzie when they started their "careers", even though it was totally legal at the time, and could be found in most tabloid newspapers.

@OP, you know her and the situation better than we do, but I would strongly suggest you destroy any device that you may have had these images saved on (they can still recover them, even if you think they've been deleted). There's every chance she may make a claim about this out of spite, and as said, the law would be on her side.

I agree, it would still be illegal if she was 16, but it does make a difference regarding severity. Again we don’t know how old the OP is. If the OP is 18+, they’d be in serious trouble anyway.

Yeah you could be right, but it could be because if they’re 16 or 17 they don’t want to be doing that with someone 13. Seems like OP disappeared anyway.
