I’d be pretty wary to be honest, things may well not be what they seem. If you like him you may throw caution to the wind, but it could be better for your self esteem in the long term to blow him out

I know it may not be what you want to hear, but he is using you. He does not want you for you, he wants you for sex. Once a cheater, always a cheater - don't trust him.
