Trying to reapply to university of Manchester after learning I have a disability

So I recently got diagnosed with adhd which is unexpected.

I’m currently studying pharmacy with a foundation year in LJMU. But I really want to study at university of Manchester as it’s near where I live and it costs me less to go there rather than taking an hour’s train to Liverpool.

Also travel by trains meant I had to wake up early = less sleep = worse symptoms.

I tried to apply for first year after doing my foundation year as I didn’t reach the normal requirements (AAB -ABB) in my a levels. I didn’t do well in a level as at that time I was grieving a loved one who passed away weeks before my a level exams.

They rejected me as I am a grade off for the lower requirements if I do a foundation year. (CCB but I got CBD)

Now with my recent diagnosis I realise I could try to appeal. I got evidence but I’m not sure what to do.

Any suggestions??? Helps???

Thanks In advance.
