Do lubricants such as durex stop pregnancy/ decrease the chances of becoming pregnant?

The literature and opinions are mixed on the issue, but if you are trying to conceive, then it is thought some lubricants may reduce your chances. The general advice is, if TTC, to stick to sperm friendly lubes marketed for use by people trying to get pregnant.
