I am currently on the reserve list. Does anyone have any experience with whether or not it's likely I'll get in?

Hi! Reserve lists are very common across many industries that offer apprenticeships- it means you have all the main competencies required and firms see potential in you (so be proud of yourself!).

In terms of likelihood- reserve lists operate as you might imagine by replacing candidates who did not take up their initial offer. A general rule of thumb is that the better known the company is in the area, the less likely you'll get a spot through the reserve list. Airbus is one of the main apprenticeship providers so it may be worth looking/applying elsewhere but don't be afraid to reach out to HR and keep in good contact to get updates.
