I'm struggling to find a modules list for Oxford BA PPL, do they cover Early Modern/Shakespearean linguistics? Or any other form of historical linguistics?

To confirm this I would suggest emailing the linguistics department ([email protected]). The PPL course has changed quite a bit recently and they will be able to give you the most up to date info!
