Top Tips on Clearing

Are you interested in studying at Kingston University? Finding it difficult to navigate your way through the Clearing process? Here are some small tips on how to go about Clearing! :colondollar:

Research
Starting your research early on university courses you are interested in can go a long way in relieving decision paralysis and stress when choosing where and what to study. Although you never really know what the outcome of your choice will be, I highly recommend making a comparison chart on the Pros and Cons of each course and university.
In addition to online research, one of the best ways to get a feel for the university is by going for Open Days to speak to academic staff and current students. If you are planning to come for one of our open days, look out for student ambassadors in a bright yellow T-shirt, there will usually be someone from each course that you can speak to. :colondollar:

Prepare Your Documents
Before planning your visit or calling our Clearing Hotline, be sure to have all your necessary documents at hand. For example, details such as your exam results and UCAS ID.
It is also recommended to have some notes about the course you are interested in and questions you may want to ask during the call. :h:

Clearing Hotline
Before calling the Clearing Hotline, find yourself a quiet space with stable mobile reception, where you will be comfortable and at ease. Do remember that the hotline can get very busy so if your call doesn't get through the first time, please try calling again as the call might have been engaged.
