The following thread/post has guidance under 'What do I say when I call the universities?':

The flowchart at the end of this first post has a box in the top right of what info to have to hand.

If they need a portfolio they will explain their requirements over the phone, e.g. timescales, how to submit and what they need.

Hi there @belo3o,

Firstly, it's perfectly normal to be feeling this way ahead of results day and there's plenty of people to support you during this time. If you call up, the Clearing team will guide you through and will ask you a few questions. They may ask you why you're interested in a particular course so best to be prepared.

When it comes to calling up for Clearing on the day, here are a few things to have prepared:
▪️ Your grades
▪️ Paper and pen for any notes
▪️ Your UCAS personal ID number (if you have one)
▪️ Personal details such as address, phone number and email address

I hope this helps and wishing you all the best.

Hey @belo3o,

Admit-One has provided some great resources above and I just wanted to share our podcast episode where we talk about clearing as this might be useful too:

The more specific information on what to do is a bit further in but I'd definitely recommend giving the whole thing a listen as it's got some really good info.

Best of luck,
