Do you have to add that you re took exams?
For example, if I re took english would i need to put english through twice to say the one time i got a lower grade? Or do I just put english once?
You have to list ALL qualifications achieved on UCAS. So list Original with date and grade and then the retake with new date and grade

Whichever way you put it the date will show you resat the exam or did it separately from your others so don’t worry one way or another. The higher grade supersedes the old grade so you only have to put the one grade down I believe but check with UCAS if you’re unsure.
