Re-taking ALevels

I've sat for my A2 this May2023, but I didn't get desirable grades, so I wanted to re-sit for some of the units. Now, I've got two questions-
1) will I be having problems applying to unis abroad & getting scholarships if I take 2.5 years to complete my alevels?
2) I've cashed in all my subjects so that means I'll now have two certificates (but I didn't want to sit for all my 4 subjects again)
has anyone gone through this situation? I feel so hopeless and lost rn idk what to do
