Verifying qualification on portico

I’m really confused about what to do- I resat two a levels, but would have thought the university needs me to upload the certificate of the other a level from last year. I got an email in June saying to log in and follow instructions about verification- I have no upload documents button or anything. I’m kind of panicking because the deadline is looming and everytime I call the uni they say that there’s nothing wrong …
