What degree does Direct Entry student receive in the University of Edinburgh?

Hello, if I decide to accept offer of year2 direct entry in the University of Edinburgh what degree will I receive? Will it be an equivalent 4 years honours degree as students who start from year1? Or will it just be a 3 years honours degree like students in England? Because I have heard some employers are specifically looking for people who have 4 years honours degree.
Any answer will be appreciated, thank you!!

Some European pharmaceutical companies want the 4 years undergraduate degrees.

it would probably be worth emailing them/ the uni to ask specifically
