Who should I go to if I want to leave my course and uni?

I’m thinking of dropping out of my course and the university. I’ve decided that I want to do a course which solent university doesn’t offer (creative writing). I’m not sure how to go about it and I would need support to find another uni but I don’t know who to go to, it would be much help if someone could tell me? Thank you.
