Personal Statement Vet Med

Hello!

I am currently writing my personal statement and I would like to ask if it is necessary to write about the subjects I am studying for A-level? Would it provide any advantage for the unis that DO read them? I am a bit tight for characters and the bulk of it is mainly extracurriculars, work experience and reflection and I don't know whether to axe a certain part just so I can squeeze it in since I have seen it as advice from books for applying to Vet Med.

Thanks!
No, you don't have to write about your A Levels.

Basically everything in your personal statement should explain why you are a good fit for veterinary. You can use A Levels, EPQs or extra curriculars to do this, but mainly work experience, which should take up a majority of your word count.

Hope this helps
