Does anyone know if Chester sends acknowledgement emails?

All of my universities except Chester sent an acknowledgement letter saying they got my application, and I also have one offer at the moment. It's been a month since UCAS processed my application. Chester is my first choice and also my safe choice, so I'm just wondering if they typically acknowledge the offer.
