If you are eligible and are made a contextual offer (the grades required are usually lower than the standard offer), you would need to achieve those grades in your exams.

On the UCL website it says I am eligible for a the access scheme if my application is successful, so if I do get an offer what is the scheme like and what do you have to do? I am applying for geography if that helps.
You will receive an offer that is at a lower entry standard than others not part of the scheme.
