Is my sister right doing this or way over the top?

For the last two weeks my sister has been on my case day and night

Banging on about sort out the internet, she wants to work from home when it's nearly two hours drive

She said it's a private network so she cannot use her hotspot or not get another device to work from home

Every day whatsapping and banging on about this

Ive definitely been paying and I deserve a refund, where else did that money go, internet provider saying I owe them money, however every month I've been paying

Right now shouting, moaning what am I going to do about this, that, phone them

It's the only topic at home right now

She keeps saying that's my problem, she keeps telling me to sort it out

Shouting at me

She says killing off her petrol driving 90 mins to work

On my case in the morning

She doesn't even acknowledge properly where my £30 per month has been going

I thought so too, it appears I owe them money when I actually have been paying every month on time

I logged on and they state I owe them money

I'll send them a letter

Why not call? It would likely get resolved quicker and get your family off your back, which seems to be the objective.

I've been paying them £30 every month and they are saying I owe them money

They messed it up by saying I had two broadband for one address

I have paid £30 per month

I will phone
