I did my Cambridge IGCSE English as a Second Language and got an A. Im thinking of applying to uni like UCL and LSE. Is it good enough or I”ll have to take another english exam?

Have you looked at the EntryRequirements section on the LSE website for the course you are interested in?

Their respective English pages should state clearly whether they accept IGCSE English and whether it needs to be as a first or second language.
