Job interview

Hey all so iv got a job interview tommorow at 3 o clock for a customer care adviser job with a company called matches. It's a designer clothes shop. M just wondering whether anyone here has had an interview with them before or works there and can tell me what it's like?? It will be a zoom interview for an hour with tasks to do.

Sorry for late response, I haven't had an interview with them but it sounds like they'll likely ask you about times when you've worked with customers or resolved issues with customers or colleagues. For these, I think you should use a few examples with the STAR format (Situation, Task, Actions, Result) to structure your answers. I would also research them and use your findings about their values and what clothing ranges that they sell that interest you in your answers.
