Pgde placement left early

I am looking for advice. I have had to leave my PGDe primary placement early due to abusive tendencies from my classroom teacher. I won't go into detail as the whole experience has been traumatising. However, I can continue on course and make up for lost work. But what is getting at me is that this teacher is not being held accountable; the uni has brushed it off. Should i forget and move on, or is there anything i can do
