Stopped by Esa awaiting the decision

Hi, I started Uni in October I informed the DWP. They stopped my esa in August and I am still waiting for a decision. They keep fobbing me off and I am still waiting to hear. I am a mature student on DLA I'm wondering if anybody has been through this process with the DWP.
